When you create an account we store the name and email from sign-in, plus the phone number you add.

When you post a job we store the site address, city, state, and ZIP, the conversation about the work, the brief written from it, and any photos or documents you upload.

When you join as a provider we store the business name, the services you offer, the area you cover, and a phone number. If you add a card, Stripe stores the card number. We store the brand, last four digits, and expiration so we can charge the $10 fee when a customer selects your offer.

Matched providers see the job brief, the city, state, and ZIP, and the files you uploaded. They do not see your name, email, phone number, or street address.

A photo can show the property. Upload only what you are willing for a matched provider to see. If you type the street address into the conversation, it can appear in the brief they read.

When you accept a provider’s offer, we give that provider your name, email, and phone number. We give you their business name, contact name, email, and phone number. That is so the two of you can arrange the work.

We do not sell this information.

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. They store the account used to log in.

Address search is sent to Google Places when that service is configured, and to Photon when it is not.

The job conversation is sent to an AI service to draft the brief. Uploaded files stay on our servers and are shown only to you and to providers matched with that job.

We keep account and job information while the account is in use, and as long as we need it to run the marketplace. Email us if you want your information deleted. Sign-in records are also held by Clerk.
