Workafind introduces customers who need work done to providers who offer to do it. The job itself is between the customer and the provider they choose.
Using Workafind
Give information that is accurate. You are responsible for the account you sign in with.
Customers describe a job and choose whether to accept an offer. Providers decide whether to make an offer and what price to offer. Workafind does not set that price.
Contact information
Until a customer accepts an offer, providers see the job brief, an approximate location, and uploaded files. They do not see the customer’s name, email, or phone number.
After an offer is accepted, both sides receive each other’s contact details. Use that information only to arrange that job.
What you pay
Customers do not pay Workafind to post a job.
Providers do not pay Workafind to join, to receive a job, or to submit an offer. When a customer accepts a provider’s offer, Workafind charges the card on file $10. If that charge does not go through, the provider is not selected.
The work itself
Workafind is not the contractor and is not a party to the job. We do not guarantee that a provider will offer, that a customer will accept, or that the work will be done as described. Price, schedule, and quality are between the customer and the provider.
Accounts
We may suspend an account that misuses someone else’s contact information or otherwise misuses the service.
